Excellent Stay!

I was very happy with my room. It was spacious and very clean. The sea view was gorgeous, a really welcome sight each morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They always addressed me with a smile, and this.

The food was very nice, and the service met my expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will return to this hotel because of the great value it offers. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotlessly clean!

Excellent Experience

I found a comfortable bedroom. There was an excellent cliff top position with great views. Two cliff lifts help to make things a little easier with the steep hill to the front. Entertainment was varied and good in general, I thought.
The bedroom wallpaper had some slight peeling I observed.

All the waiting staff in the restaurant were polite and friendly. The Manager gave a warm welcome, which I appreciated.

The room was beautifully decorated and it featured a double bed. The bathroom was massive, newly refurbished, modern, and very clean. A fantastic sea view complemented the room perfectly.

There is a great terrace to enjoy a drink when the sun is shining. Free parking is available, which I found very convenient. The bar and lounge areas are fabulous and well-kept.

all staff offered prompt service and friendly smiles every day of my stay it's important and makes such a difference to the stay i enjoyed having a walk-in shower in my room , made mornings easier the hotel is well-kept providing a sense of comfort.
the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel which was a slight inconvenience i hope that will improve.

the hotel presents a clean atmosphere and the decor is modern the common areas include a cozy lounge the lounge is perfect for relaxation with comfortable sofas and large windows it allows natural light.

staff members were always attentive and ready to assist with any request the front desk was efficient the team quickly resolved a minor issue with my room the restaurant staff provided attentive and helpful service.

Mixed feelings about this stay
bar patiothin walls
i was disappointed with a few things. the noise from the bar patio was quite intrusive as it was right next to the balcony. also, sounds really carried through the walls. i could hear every movement from people next door and those walking in the corridors, hard to relax.

I recently returned from a stay. The location offered amazing views of the bay. I found the staff cute and accommodating (nothing seemed like too much trouble for them).
I noticed only the balcony door opened in my room, and the other windows stayed closed. I felt this raised a small concern regarding overall security .

The double room included fluffy white towels and shower gel. The room also featured new carpets, a nice touch. Tea and coffee facilities were available. I made good use of them.
